Exclusively by Miele, Con@activity allows compatible Miele ventilation hoods and cooktops to work in harmony. Gathering information from the cooktop, your ventilation hood evaluates and automatically responds by activating the correct fan setting to match the power setting on the cooktop. Optimum extraction of vapors and odors creates the ideal kitchen environment.
DELAYED SHUTDOWN FOR 5 OR 15 MINUTES
The automatic run-on function can be used to ensure that vapours and odours are thoroughly removed from the kitchen after cooking. The fan can be set to continue running for 5 or 15 minutes after cooking has finished before switching itself off automatically.

PROGRAMMABLE AUTOMATIC INTENSIVE LEVEL SWITCH OFF
The intensive setting offers a very high air throughput level and is intended for short-term operation, for instance when flash frying food that has a tendency to smoke or give off intense vapours. It can be programmed to automatically switch down to setting 3 after a period of 10 minutes.
